📋 What to Include in Your Request

To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include:

• What you expected vs. what actually happened
• Steps to reproduce the issue (numbered list works best)
• Your simulator version (e.g., MSFS 2024, DCS World 2.9)
• Connected hardware (Stream Deck, WinWing FCU, etc.)
• Hangar Control version (found in Settings → About)
• Windows version and any relevant system specs

📂 Getting Your Log Files

If we ask for log files, here’s where to find them:

1. Close Hangar Control completely
2. Open File Explorer and navigate to: %AppData%\HangarControl\Logs
3. Find the most recent .log file (sorted by date)
4. Attach it to your support request or email

Logs help us diagnose issues much faster. They contain no personal information.
